Tony Harman

Tony has lived in his ward for 38 years and has been a Conservative Borough Councillor since 2011. He has served on all the Borough Council Committees.

Currently he is Deputy Leader of the Council, Chair of the Grants Committee and Portfolio Holder for Communications.

Helen Harvey

Originally from Yorkshire Helen has lived in Sunbury for 22 years. She is married to Ian, currently Leader of Spelthorne Borough Council, and they have two school age children. After a successful blue-chip marketing career Helen left to concentrate on her family.

Ian Harvey

Ian has always been a committed Conservative supporter and voter. Shortly after marrying Helen they moved to Lower Sunbury where they have lived for the last 22 years. Ian and Helen have two school age sons.

Naz Islam

Naz won the election to represent the Ashford Division of Surrey County Council on 4th May 2017 with a 1134 Majority

Naz Islam, a local Ashford family man with 4 children. Naz moved into Spelthorne in 1996 soon after leaving college.

I am a proud resident of Stanwell where I have lived for over 16 years. All my children attended local schools in Stanwell.

Anthony Jones

Our wedding in May 1964 coincided with the completion of our first house in Shepperton. We moved to Upper Halliford in 1974. I am a Chartered Aeronautical Engineer and my wife worked for British Airways. I have travelled world on Technical aerospace/airline/military meetings.

Kwasi Kwarteng

Kwasi Kwarteng is the MP for Spelthorne.
He was originally elected as Member of Parliament for Spelthorne in 2010  and was re-elected in May 2015 and again in June 2017.

President of Spelthorne Conservative Association   Distinguished barrister, Member of Parliament 1974 – 1997, Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee from 1992 – 1997, Member of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee from 1982 – 1992. His Private Members Bill of 1991 instigated the national lottery

Vivienne Leighton

When elected following a City banking career, Vivienne was known locally for fundraising for the Riverside Arts Centre Sunbury to buy the adjacent building and as an activist after the 2003 flood event.

Mary Madams has served two full terms as Borough Councillor for the Laleham and Shepperton Green ward of Spelthorne.
